Confirmed Service Customer
Tires were not rotated, even thou it was stated as completed on work order. How could tech measure brake pad life as stated on work order? Very disappointing after waiting 2 hours on Friday afternoon. Now I have to drive 20 each way to come back and have tires rotated.

Rigo Rameriz did an exceptional job in quickly making a very good deal on my purchase of a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4. He quickly got me through the purchase and into finance, where I worked with Brandon Whitson. Brandon also did a commendable job in completing the financial agreement and associated paperwork. I live in north Peoria over an hour away, but it was worth the time to drive to Gilbert to buy the truck. If there is anything that I would have a suggestion to improve upon would be the extended warranty services offered. They are very expensive even with a discount. it is a bit disheartening that the long term reliability of the automobile industry is questionable such that you feel compelled to have to protect your financial investment in a car. Your dealer is not any different from any other car dealer, it is just a fact. $3500 for limited warranty policy which I equate to an additional insurance policy seems way overpriced. I didn’t have to purchase it , but in today’s computer oriented automobile, I felt like I needed that layer of protection to avoid the costly repair. I apologize for the long story, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts about the experience cost of extended warranties.

I made an appointment for an oil change that has to be made several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the dealership, I was directed to the "quick lube" area. There was nothing quick about my experience. I waited for 2 hours for my oil change. I would expect to wait a bit if I didn't have an appointment. My truck sat in a parking area for over an hour before it was even brought into the garage to start the oil change. If you weren't going to start the work until an hour after I arrived, then make my appointment later and don't waste my time making me sit in the waiting room. I've had ALL service ever completed done at this dealership. If I have to wait this long for an oil change again, I'll find a new place to service my vehicle.
